Brain Awareness Montreal

Cafe 3: Look me in the eye

Scientific Café on Autism and Early Childhood Development

Montreal Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is proud to participate in the “April: Autism Awareness Month”!

For our next and final Brain Awareness Scientific Café, we are glad to have leading researchers Dr. Armando Bertone, Ms. Michelle Dawson and Dr. Philip Zelazo sharing their thoughts, research and findings about early typical and atypical brain development, in particular about Autistic Spectrum Disorders and different techniques of interventions. After a brief introduction of their work, these neuroscientists will answer any questions you might have on different facets of  Autism Spectrum Disorders ranging from etiology to clinical signs to treatments.

Join us on Wednesday, April 20th, at 7:00 pm at La Sala Rossa (4848 boul. St-Laurent, Montreal) for a casual and informal evening of questions and answers, as we discuss and familiarize ourselves with various facets of the Autism Spectrum Disorders. This event is free and everyone is welcome. As the evening goes on, refreshments will be served, and music will be provided by DJ Rob and a jazz duo.

We hope to see you there!

Vos questions en français seront les bienvenues!
